Resource Development Manager

The role

The Resource Development Manager will lead and manage the National Office Resource Development Unit to drive growth and diversify grant income in Chad. This role focuses on positioning the organization through strategic donor engagement, managing the grant pipeline, and ensuring institutional compliance with financial and quality standards. The incumbent will also build organizational capacity for grant acquisition and management while fostering relationships with global, regional, and national partners.
