The role

The Resource Development & Management Lead will drive funding acquisition and project management activities for VisionFund's microfinance initiatives across Africa. This role involves managing the full cycle of grant opportunities, building relationships with major donors, and ensuring institutional compliance and reporting. The position also provides technical support and capacity building to field staff to enhance project impact and financial sustainability.
