The role

Supporting one young person, aged 16, in a brand-new home, helping them enjoy a full, meaningful life both at home and out in the community.

What you'll do

  • Providing lead case/care planning management
  • Coordinating responsibilities within the service
  • Attending professional meetings including reviews and court work
  • Helping young people in all aspects of their daily lives

  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or recognised equivalent)
