Action for Children is seeking a Residential Support Worker for a waking night role in their new Chesterfield residential home for young people with physical and learning disabilities. The position involves providing overnight emotional and practical support, maintaining safeguarding procedures, and managing behaviors to ensure a secure environment. What you'll do
