What you'll do
- Support individuals in daily living by promoting choice, dignity, and personal autonomy
- Ensure safety and well-being by responding to mental health, behavioral, and medical needs
- Facilitate community integration and access to social supports
- Implement Individual Support Plans, assist with medication administration, and transportation
- Maintain accurate documentation and complete required trainings
What it takes
- High school diploma
- Experience working with intellectually disabled or brain injured adults
- Ability to drive a residence van
- Valid Massachusetts driver’s license and personally owned vehicle
- Flexibility to work in Lexington, Wobbern, Bedford, and Arlington locations
