The role

Eliot is seeking a Residential Counselor II to provide specialized support for children ages 5-12 in a residential social services program. The role involves daily coordination of youth activities, facilitating community engagement, and providing trauma-informed care. You will act as an advocate for assigned youth, manage documentation, and ensure a safe, supportive environment for healing.
