The role

Eliot is seeking a Residential Counselor to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities within a group home setting. The role involves implementing Individual Support Plans, facilitating community integration, and ensuring a safe, supportive environment for residents. Candidates will assist with daily operations and provide necessary crisis interventions as needed.
