Residential Counselor

The role

Eliot is seeking a Residential Counselor to provide specialized support and care for children ages 0 to 12 recovering from traumatic events. The role involves coordinating daily activities, facilitating community outings, and serving as an advocate for youth within a trauma-informed framework. Candidates will work to build positive rapport with diverse families while ensuring the safety and well-being of the residents.
