The role
WellPower is seeking Residential Counselors to facilitate activities of daily living, group therapy, and clinical care for consumers in a mental health residential setting. The role involves managing intakes and discharges, monitoring medications, and maintaining a safe, trauma-informed environment. What you'll do
- Facilitate group therapy and provide individual support to consumers.

What it takes
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or human services (RCII) or currently pursuing one (RCI).
- At least 21 years of age.
- One year of mental health or related field experience preferred.
- Must hold or be able to obtain QMAP, CPR, and First Aid certifications.
- Ability to perform physical requirements including lifting up to 50 pounds.
