Residential Counselor

The role

Eliot is seeking a Residential Counselor to support the day-to-day operations of a group home for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role involves implementing Individual Support Plans, facilitating community integration, and providing crisis intervention in a safe, supportive environment. This position requires hands-on assistance with daily living skills and documentation for residents with developmental disabilities or brain injuries.
