Residential Clinician

The role

Eliot is seeking a compassionate Residential Clinician to join their Juvenile Justice residential program, which supports court-involved youth aged 13 to 21. The clinician will provide individual, group, and family therapy while facilitating curriculum-based treatment groups such as DBT and substance abuse recovery. This role requires clinical expertise, case management skills, and a commitment to working within a Positive Youth Development framework. The ideal candidate will be part of a mission-driven team dedicated to resilience and empowerment.
