Residential Clinician

The role

Eliot is seeking a compassionate Residential Clinician to join their Juvenile Justice residential program, which supports youth ages 13 to 21. The clinician will provide individual and group therapy, conduct risk assessments, and facilitate treatment groups focused on DBT and substance abuse. This role requires working within a structured, team-based environment that utilizes a Positive Youth Development framework. The successful candidate will play a vital role in clinical support, case management, and advocacy for court-involved adolescents.
