The role

The Reproductive Maternal Newborn Child and Adolescent Health (RMNCAH) Consultant will provide technical assistance to develop a high-quality, evidence-based Global Fund Funding Request for HIV, TB, and Malaria services in Kenya. The role involves integrating RMNCAH service delivery platforms with other health programs while addressing gender-related barriers and human rights issues. The consultant will work closely with the KCCM writing team and various stakeholders to ensure a high-quality submission by July 2026.

What you'll do

  • Identify and design integrated service delivery packages using RMNCAH platforms
  • Support integration of interventions addressing gender-related barriers and violence against women
  • Draft specific components of the application including quality improvement and capacity building
  • Develop tiered Scope of Practice and Regulatory Framework for nurse- and midwifery-led models
  • Integrate supportive supervision for health workers and Community Health Promoters
  • Collaborate with teams to strengthen 'last-mile' delivery of health commodities
