The role
The Reproductive Health Officer will serve as the district focal person for the Audacious Project in Hyderabad, Jamshoro and Tando Allahyar, coordinating and implementing health systems activities, conducting trainings and assessments, and maintaining coordination with various health facilities and government departments.
What you'll do
- Coordinate with the Ipas Health Systems team to develop and implement district field activity plans.
- Conduct baseline surveys, facility assessments, and provider training.
- Visit assigned facilities and monitor implementation of quality assurance and facility action plans.
- Submit validated data to the Research, Monitoring and Evaluation team.
- Prepare and submit timely training reports, field visit reports, and other required program documentation.
What it takes
- Lady Doctor, Lady Health Visitor, Midwife, Nurse registered with the relevant Pakistan regulatory body
- Three to five years of relevant clinical or program experience in reproductive health
- Relevant certified training in family planning and postabortion care
- Experience in competency-based training, supportive supervision, and mentoring
- Experience coordinating with government health authorities and facilities
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Urdu
