Relief Youth Advocate

The role

Eliot is seeking Relief Youth Advocates for their Juvenile Justice residential program serving youth ages 13 to 21. This role focuses on providing trauma-informed care, mentorship, and structured support to help youth develop healthy life skills. Advocates are responsible for maintaining a safe environment, facilitating program activities, and assisting with crisis prevention and de-escalation.
