Relief Youth Advocate

The role

Eliot is seeking Relief Youth Advocates for their Juvenile Justice program to support court-involved youth ages 13 to 21 in a residential setting. The role involves mentoring youth, promoting healthy decision-making, and maintaining a safe, trauma-informed environment. Advocates are responsible for implementing program activities and utilizing crisis de-escalation skills to foster personal growth.
