What you'll do
- Monitor and document clients' self-administration of medications while ensuring safe medication practices
- Monitor clients' physical health needs and coordinate acute medical care with direct care staff as needed
- Facilitate health and wellness groups and activities that promote recovery and overall well-being
- Deliver strength-based, solution-focused nursing interventions and support individuals in developing Wellness Recovery Action Plans (WRAP) and safety plans
- Complete assigned clinical documentation and participate in required trainings to support high-quality care
What it takes
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor's degree)
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound clinical judgment, and provide compassionate, high-quality care
