Aspire Health and Community Services is seeking a Registered Nurse to join their Community Crisis Stabilization team, providing specialized nursing care to adults in a 24-hour crisis stabilization program.
What you'll do
- Monitor and document clients' self-administration of medications
- Monitor clients' physical health needs and coordinate acute medical care
- Facilitate health and wellness groups and activities
- Deliver strength-based, solution-focused nursing interventions
- Complete assigned clinical documentation
- Participate in required trainings
What it takes
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing
- Ability to work independently and provide high-quality care
- One year of experience in an acute mental health and/or co-occurring disorders setting preferred
- Familiarity with recovery-oriented treatment approaches preferred
