What you'll do
- Provide supports/interventions that focus on maintaining clients at program to address behavioral health needs.
- Conduct medical monitoring protocols providing education and consultation to the clients, families and staff.
- Administer medications as prescribed by the practitioner; monitor clients for therapeutic and adverse effects consulting with medical team as needed.
- Accurately complete all medication administration documentation.
- Obtain written or verbal physician orders from on-site or on-call practitioner.
- Collaborate with prescribing practitioner and community physicians to support coordinated treatment planning and ensure continuity of medical care.
