The role

The Regional Research and Learning Coordinator will support PlayMatters research activities in Ethiopia, South Sudan, and Uganda, focusing on education systems and learning through play.

What you'll do

  • Coordinate and manage the operationalization of the research agenda and plan
  • Support the design and implementation of research studies
  • Facilitate learning activities for the consortium
  • Provide support to external evaluators
  • Ensure coordination between research and MEAL workstreams

What it takes

  • Degree in Education, Psychology, International Development, or related field
  • At least three years of experience working in education in low-resource environments
  • Experience with mixed-methods research studies focused on education
