The role
The American Red Cross is seeking a Regional Program Manager to support Services to the Armed Forces (SAF) programs in overseas locations, with a 24-month term-limited assignment.
What you'll do
- Manage and administer the delivery of American Red Cross services to military members, veterans, and their families
- Facilitate emergency communication services and related support
- Coordinate and conduct follow-up services with clients
- Monitor service delivery outcomes and ensure accurate documentation and reporting
- Build strong relationships with military leadership and conduct outreach
- Manage volunteer engagement cycle and support Red Cross program delivery
What it takes
- Bachelor’s degree in business or public administration, human resources management, community organization, social or health sciences, or related field
- Minimum of five years related experience in program management
- Strong computer skills and public speaking abilities
- Interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
