The role
The Regional Program Manager - Alive & Thrive East Asia Pacific will oversee project planning, implementation, partner engagement, financial management, donor compliance, and reporting across a portfolio of multi-country projects.
What you'll do
- Coordinate engagement with Scaling Up Nutrition (SUN) Civil Society Alliances and other strategic partners.
- Manage relationships with implementing partners to ensure quality implementation and compliance with donor requirements.
- Facilitate cross-country learning, coordination, and knowledge exchange among project partners and stakeholders.
- Support donor communications, project reviews, and technical consultations as required.
- Lead financial management of assigned projects, including budget monitoring and expenditure reviews.
- Provide direct supervision to the Regional Communications & Knowledge Management Specialist.
What it takes
- Master’s Degree or its International Equivalent
- 15+ years of relevant experience with project management principles and practices, procurement and operations activities.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
- Excellent communication, organization, and writing skills in Vietnamese and English.
- Prior work experience in a non-governmental organization (NGO), multilateral organization, government agency, or private company.
