The role
The American Red Cross is seeking a Regional Philanthropy Senior Officer to meet fundraising goals and connect with individual donors in the Southern California Region.
What you'll do
- Identify, engage, cultivate, solicit, and steward current and prospective regional individual donors
- Lead team in planning and implementing fundraising strategies
- Provide support, development, and leadership guidance to volunteers
- Manage and actively solicit an assigned portfolio of donors
- Achieve annual revenue goals by cultivating and stewarding a portfolio of donors and prospects
- Lead and implement a major gift strategy

- Minimum 7 years of sales and/or fundraising experience
