The role
The Regional People & Culture Director will provide strategic leadership to VisionFund in West Africa, focusing on People & Culture, Organizational Development, and Talent Management.
What you'll do
- Provide leadership to the P&C function in the region
- Contribute to the development of the strategy for the region
- Drive effectiveness and efficiency in MFI’s P&C function
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment regulations and labor laws
- Lead training and development efforts
- Serve as the strategic P&C liaison for the region
What it takes
- 8-10 years of experience in HR Leadership/Senior Human Resources Management
- Significant organizational development experience
- CIPD/SHRM or equivalent certification
- Native French speaker with excellent English or native English speaker with excellent French
- Proven record of effective contribution as a member of a multi-national leadership group
- Experience in Financial Inclusion, Microfinance, or Financial Services
