What you'll do
- Design and implement a consortium-wide MEAL system across Ethiopia, Somalia, and Djibouti.
- Lead baseline, mid-term, and endline evaluations using rigorous mixed-methods approaches.
- Manage program Results Frameworks, data-quality standards, and donor reporting for DG ECHO.
- Oversee digital data-collection tools and accessible community feedback mechanisms.
- Provide technical leadership, capacity building, and mentorship to regional and country MEAL teams.
What it takes
- Minimum 7 years of progressively responsible MEAL experience in the humanitarian sector.
- At least 3 years of experience in a senior regional or multi-country MEAL coordination role.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in M&E, Development Studies, Statistics, or a related field.
- Technical knowledge of anticipatory action, early-warning systems, or climate-risk management.
- Proven proficiency in KoboToolbox, ODK, and statistical analysis tools.
