The role

Success Academy is seeking a Regional Facilities Manager – Southeast / Florida to lead the delivery and operation of safe, compliant, instruction-ready school facilities across a growing portfolio of co-located district campuses.

What you'll do

Represent facilities requirements during design review and construction coordination
Confirm that design and construction address wind loading, water intrusion, drainage, and power resilience
Drive permitting, district approvals, inspections, accessibility, and fire and life-safety milestones
Serve as Success Academy's on-site representative during construction
Coordinate construction activity with host-campus operations
Build campus-specific readiness plans covering vendors, inspections, emergency procedures, utilities, spare parts, warranties, access, and facilities training

What it takes

Seven or more years across facilities operations and renovation or construction delivery
Direct experience bringing a new or substantially renovated facility from construction into stable operation
Experience delivering renovation or fit-out work inside an occupied building
Practical knowledge of core building systems
Ability to read and challenge drawings, specifications, estimates, schedules, bids, and change orders
Command of project budgets, forecasting, procurement, change control, closeout, and warranty administration
