The role

The Regional EiE (Education in Emergencies) Advisor will lead the crisis modifier strategy and technical quality assurance for the PlayMatters initiative across Ethiopia, South Sudan, and Uganda. This role involves designing and implementing education strategies that protect children's learning outcomes during humanitarian crises and disasters. The advisor will provide technical leadership, mentor consortium staff, and represent the IRC in regional technical working groups and clusters. The position focuses on ensuring high-quality, inclusive education programming through active coordination with consortium partners and stakeholders.
