- Provide Corporate Compliance training to Country Office staff and partners
- Ensure sensitive compliance complaints are channelled through WHH’s global Complaints Response Mechanism
- Collaborate closely with Legal & Compliance at Head Office

- University degree in Law, Management, Administration, Audit, Finance/Accounting, or a related field
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Understanding of the humanitarian context and experience working in multicultural environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in training and capacity building
- High level of integrity, initiative, self-organization, attention to detail, teamwork, and resilience under pressure
