The role
The Editorial Officer will lead the editorial line for the Refugee.Info platform, creating multimedia content and managing social media channels to provide essential information to asylum-seekers, refugees, and migrants in Italy.
What you'll do
- Develop bespoke, engaging multimedia content for Refugee.Info Italy digital platforms
- Lead the creation and implementation of the information campaign on the EU Pact on Migration and Asylum
- Work with the R.I. Project Manager and Moderation Lead to identify information needs and develop an editorial calendar
- Manage and maintain the website and social media channels of Refugee.Info Italy
- Analyze social media growth, engagement, and audience behavior
- Produce quarterly KPIs reports and monitor web and social media KPIs
