Recruitment Coordinator

The role

The Recruitment Coordinator will oversee the recruitment process and ensure an efficient, positive experience for hiring managers, candidates, and recruiters at The Michael J. Fox Foundation. This role manages key administrative tasks within the Greenhouse ATS, including scheduling interviews, producing offer letters, and supporting the onboarding process. The position serves as a vital bridge between the People Operations team, hiring managers, and external recruiting partners to facilitate seamless operations.
