The role
The Centre for Effective Altruism is seeking a Recruiter to own full-cycle hiring rounds and partner with hiring managers to scale the organization. This role involves managing the entire recruitment process, from writing job descriptions and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and managing offers. The position requires a detail-oriented individual who can maintain high standards while working in a fast-paced environment. It is an individual contributor role reporting to the Recruiting Manager.
