Recovery Coach

The role

Eliot is seeking a compassionate Recovery Coach to join their Adult Community Clinical Services division, providing person-centered support for adults with severe mental illness. The role involves facilitating recovery goals, advocating for client needs, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Candidates will help individuals build autonomy and personal recovery methods through strengths-based engagement and education.
