What you'll do

  • Facilitate National Outcome Measures (NOMS) reassessments per federal timelines.
  • Provide peer counseling and guidance to clients navigating substance use recovery.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to review client care and concerns.
  • Advocate for client rights and help clients understand grievance procedures.
  • Support clients in identifying and overcoming self-stigma related to mental health.

What it takes

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Completed Recovery Coach training, including ethics training.
  • Minimum two years of sustained sobriety.
  • Personal experience in recovery from substance use disorder.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
