The New York Civil Liberties Union is seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to serve as the inaugural Director of the Racial Justice Center. The Director will shape and oversee the organization's statewide strategy for racial equity through an integrated approach of policy advocacy, litigation, public education, and community organizing. This senior leadership role involves supervising an interdisciplinary team, collaborating with key stakeholders, and serving as a primary spokesperson on critical civil rights issues.
