The role
Première Urgence Internationale is seeking a Referent in Mental Health and Psychosocial Support to ensure the quality of mental health and psychosocial support programs and strengthen team capacities.
What you'll do
- Define strategic axes in mental health and psychosocial support
- Develop institutional guidelines for integrating mental health and psychosocial support into strategies
- Provide technical and strategic support to field teams
- Participate in the recruitment of necessary profiles and capacity building of SMSPS, health, and coordination teams
- Represent PUI in internal coordination meetings and external events
- Contribute to the development of technical partnerships
What it takes
- Master 2 or equivalent in Clinical Psychology
- 3 years minimum experience in technical supervision/coordination of mental health and psychosocial support programs in emergency contexts
- Knowledge of PSP, MhGap methodologies
- Cross-cultural psychology, humanitarian psychology
- Analytical and synthetic skills, good communicator, team player, proactive, adaptable, organized, stress-resistant
- Fluent in French and English
