The role
The QIA Specialist Supportive Services Trainer will monitor the quality of documentation in EHRs and provide leadership and training to supportive services staff.
What you'll do
- Monitor the quality of documentation of supportive service activities in the EHR.
- Collaborate with the Supportive Services trainer to provide high-quality leadership and training to staff.
- Conduct regular reviews/audits of supportive services staff documentation.
- Engage in regular communication and training of managers/directors.
What it takes
- Minimum two years of experience in a professional environment performing technical analysis, data management, and communication.
- Experience with one of the following: case management, peer specialist, client navigation, and/or other supportive services documentation.
- Experience with development and training preferred.
- Experience in the behavioral health industry helpful.
