What you'll do

  • Provide leadership and guidance to Technologist I and Technician staff.
  • Participate in troubleshooting and problem-solving with cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure all blood products are suitable for release for distribution.

What it takes

  • Bachelor's degree in an applied science with 1 year hematology experience OR MLT/MT certification or MLS degree.
  • Minimum 4 years of related experience in a regulatory, laboratory, or manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to use lab equipment and software for sustained periods.
  • Must meet state and CLIA requirements where applicable.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
