What you'll do

- Provide leadership and guidance to Technologist I and Technician staff.
- Participate in troubleshooting and problem-solving with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure all blood products are suitable for release for distribution.
What it takes
- Bachelor's degree in an applied science with 1 year hematology experience OR MLT/MT certification or MLS degree.
- Minimum 4 years of related experience in a regulatory, laboratory, or manufacturing environment.
- Ability to use lab equipment and software for sustained periods.
- Must meet state and CLIA requirements where applicable.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
