The role
Save the Children - España is seeking a Technical Logistics, Services, and Health Officer in Ceuta to manage services, materials, conditions, and logistics for the organization’s mission and intervention.
What you'll do
- Manage and ensure the response to procurement and supply needs of directions and centers through supplier and national purchase management and subsequent tracking and justification of expenses generated.
- Manage and ensure the response to maintenance needs of centers and inventory, including: state review, material replenishment, reception, courier services, transportation, accommodation, and vehicle rental or maintenance.
- Manage actions and documentation related to LPRL, occupational safety and health, including technical and training activities: by centers and positions; as well as health monitoring and emergency plans.
- Follow up on the control and proper functioning of: use and expenses of services, materials, and spaces of the organization at the national level.
- Analyze and propose improvements on energy consumption and sustainability to reduce the impact on carbon footprint.
What it takes
- 2-3 years of experience in similar positions
- Professional certification in Logistics and Storage Management
- Professional certification in Occupational Safety and Prevention
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
- Mandatory: Spanish language proficiency. (Desirable: English, French, and Arabic)
- Experience in LPRL management of different centers and a large and diverse number of positions.
