- Master’s degree or Bachelor’s with 7 years experience in global affairs/public policy
- Minimum 5 years (with Master’s) of professional experience in development programming
- Proven experience supporting governments on policy advocacy and innovation
- Experience in facilitating co-design processes and capacity building
- Experience managing donor relationships and resource mobilization
- Fluency in English
