The role

- Screen and review registration applications for High-Level Events supported by NGLS
- Analyze and run data for registration statistics
- Create infographics reports for events
- Review and compile CSO submissions to be included in the Civil Society newsletter
- Create social media cards/video content for events/design event flyers & RSVP Forms
- Monitor generic office email and respond to emails
What it takes
- Enrolled in, or have completed, a graduate school programme (second university degree or equivalent, or higher)
- Good knowledge of standard software applications, especially MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Teams
- Ability to draft email, publications, or knowledge of social media posts is desirable
