- Postgraduate degree in Public Health, Midwifery, Nursing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in RMNCAEH+N programming or health systems strengthening.
- Proven experience in conducting health situation and workforce analysis.

- Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills.
