The role

The Public Funding Manager, Enduring Earth will develop and coordinate plans for public fundraising, manage teams, and oversee day-to-day tasks related to public fundraising for PFPs.

What you'll do

  • Manage and serve as team lead on assigned public funding proposals and projects for PFPs
  • Coordinate teams across TNC to support public fundraising for TNC-led PFPs
  • Design and manage multiple projects, managing budget, setting deadlines, and ensuring accountability
  • Evaluate team results and develop recommendations for corrective strategies
  • Ensure programmatic commitments, TNC policies and procedures, and financial standards are met and managed for compliance
  • Resolve complex issues independently within assigned public funding proposals and projects for PFPs
