The role

  • Support the CRM migration project by documenting business processes and assisting with data mapping and migration activities
  • Support the weekly processing of recurring donation updates in Finhub and Salesforce
  • Provide first-level support to Salesforce users from the Donor Care and Donor Development team
  • Carry out manual data cleansing activities in Salesforce
  • Perform data quality checks and generate donor segmentations
  • Support the management and reconciliation of payment chargebacks
