The role
The role of PSP Individual Giving Assistant will report to the Donor Relations Manager. This position is vital to ensure overall donor satisfaction, by acting as the first point-of-contact to UNHCR’s supporter base.
What you'll do
- Provide front-line customer service for all inbound inquiries from donors
- Develop dashboard and KPI reporting to identify opportunities to maximize donor lifetime value
- Assist in procurements related to IG activities including preparation of RFQs or RFPs
- Support donor relations, ensuring continued engagement and support with UNHCR’s mission
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date donor profiles and records at the CRM level

- Experience in a fundraising or sales environment working on donor/customer care or fundraising
- Proven experience of managing donor or customer records with a customer relationship database
- Experience in a donor service role at a charity or non-for-profit
