Ensure accurate and timely recording of donor information

What it takes

Completion of secondary education, preferably with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Social Science or related fields
Minimum 3 years working experience with high school diploma, or 2 years with a Bachelor’s degree
Proven experience in fundraising, customer development, or telemarketing
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
Analytical competencies and attention to detail
