The role
Plan International is seeking a Protection Technical Officer to provide technical support and oversight for Child Protection (CP) and Gender-Based Violence (GBV) programming in Beirut, Lebanon.
What you'll do
- Provide technical guidance and supervision to implementing partners
- Strengthen case management quality assurance
- Monitor the timely and accurate updating of CP and GBV case management databases
- Conduct regular field monitoring visits
- Support the implementation of Plan International’s policies and procedures
- Participate in national protection coordination meetings
What it takes
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field
- At least 4 years’ experience in protection programming
- Experience in CP and GBV programming
- Strong knowledge of national Case Management SOPs
- Experience with CPIMS+, Primero, or similar systems
- Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic
