The role

The Protection Manager - Analysis and Reporting (Rule of Law) plays a critical role in managing the implementation and quality of IRC Ukraine's protection monitoring, analysis and reporting functions.

What you'll do

  • Ensure technical quality and consistency of qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-methods analysis conducted by the PA&R Unit
  • Designing and updating PM tools, including ad-hoc and thematic monitoring mechanisms as needed by programs or partners
  • Oversee and quality assure the production of protection analysis reports, thematic briefs, dashboards, area-based analyses, and protection monitoring updates prepared by the PA&R Unit
  • Ensure protection monitoring and analysis findings systematically inform program design, implementation, adaptation, and learning across PRoL, CP, WPE, ERD and Health teams

What it takes

  • Bachelor’s degree in law, human rights law, international relations, social sciences, or another related field
  • Fluent in Ukrainian and English
  • At least 4 years’ of progressively responsible experience in protection analysis, protection monitoring, information management, or humanitarian analysis
  • Solid knowledge of the humanitarian context in Ukraine, protection principles and humanitarian standards
