The role

The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is seeking a Protection from Violence Project Manager to lead the implementation and quality delivery of protection programming in Gaza, Palestine.

What you'll do

  • Lead the effective and efficient implementation of Protection projects
  • Provide technical leadership and quality assurance
  • Manage, mentor and build the capacity of Protection project teams
  • Lead Protection Case Management and Individual Protection Assistance programming
  • Support the development and rollout of Civilian Self-Protection activities
  • Ensure effective monitoring, evaluation, learning and reporting
