The role

The Protection Analysis Officer is responsible for producing high-quality, rigorous protection analysis to inform the humanitarian programs and advocacy priorities of the IRC Ukraine Country Office. The role involves leading qualitative and mixed-methods research, synthesizing complex data into analytical reports, and maintaining protection monitoring dashboards in Power BI. Based primarily in Kyiv, the position requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders to transform diverse data sources into actionable insights for conflict-affected populations.
